Image Analysis Specialist (France)CYTOO has a position open in Algorithm Development for Image Analysis
CYTOO is looking for an enthusiastic individual to imagine and develop new algorithms in cell image processing and analysis taking advantage of our unique technology for cell normalization.
This position is at the core of our future strategic development to offer to our customers the consumables, methodologies and service to fully unleash the power of adhesive micropatterns in quantitative cell analysis.
The ideal candidate would possess:
• A PhD degree in Cell Biology with a focus on algorithm development for advanced image analysis, or a PhD in biomedical image analysis with a Master's in mathematics, physics (in particular optics), computer science, electrical or biomedical engineering.
• At least 2 years experience in the above or related fields
• Excellent expertise in high resolution microscopy, including techniques in fluorescence, time lapse, confocal , TIRF, FRET, etc..
• Experience in computer programming (C++, VBA) as well as on multiple image analysis software platforms
• Experience in cell based screening and data management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Motivation to work in a challenging, multidisciplinary environment with a strong team spirit.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and French
