Open 1- and 4-well CYTOOchambers are easy-to-use live cell imaging adaptors

that were specifically developed for our CYTOOchips 20x20.  

The chambers are based on a patented magnetic system* for easy assembly.

Easy-to-use magnetic assembly

• Place a CYTOOchip in the bottom plate (patterned face up).

• Install the silicone gasket in the main body.

• Gently bring together the main body and the bottom frame. The CYTOOchamber holds together by magnetic force alone.

• Seed cells directly into the well(s)

The large imaging area of the single well gives access to over 10,000 Cell Normalization patterns. This makes it ideal for rare event measurements (like mitotic cells) and/or when more the 4 different geometries are printed on the chip (such as the CYTOOchip Starter’s or some custom chip layouts). This chamber is also better suited for high resolution live cell imaging (with high aperture objectives)	The 4-well CYTOOchamber allows time-lapse or immunofluorescence experiments with multiple conditions in parallel while still providing thousands of patterns per well (for Cell Normalization chips). The 4-quandrant layout of CYTOOchips Arena and Motility make them fully compatible with the 4-well CYTOOchamber. The 4well CYTOOchamber is however not compatible with the CYTOOchip Starter’s layout.

6-position CYTOOchamber holder for microscope stages

Our 6-position holder can handle from

1 to 6 open CYTOOchambers as well as

standard 35mm dishes.
