devices that were specifically designed for our CYTOOchips 20x20.  

The chambers are based on a patented magnetic system* for easy assembly.

Channel dimensions can also be adapted to your precise specifications.

Easy-to-use magnetic assembly

• Place a CYTOOchip into the bottom plate (patterned face up).

• Install the silicone gasket into the main body.

• Slowly bring together the main body and the bottom frame. The system holds together by magnetic force alone.

• Place on microscope stage and connect tubes to the inlet/outlet

Recommendations for use

• Either a 1-way peristaltic pump or a syringe pump can be used to control the flow.

• Medium temperature should be controlled with a in-line solution heater

The chamber consists of a main body (made from transparent acrylic), a bottom plate (in black anodized aluminum alloy) and a silicone gasket.

Custom-designed channels

Standard dimensions of the channels are 6.0 (widest dimension of the channel) x 14.8 (length) x 1.3 mm (inlet). Other dimensions can also be made to order.

The height of the channel can be set to your specific needs (from 200µm to a few mms)
